Summit Physicians Services (formerly Sentry Trust) functions as an administrative location for Summit Health. This facility has three floor levels and a completed basement for a total of 24,916 square feet. Brechbill & Helman completed construction for this building when it was occupied by the investment firm, Sentry Trust. Located on 5th Avenue in Chambersburg, PA, this building features a pre-cast floor system, wood truss system, and a colonial style brick veneer featuring quoin corners, cast keystones, and a Flemish bond. The building has been designed for a possible future addition of 10,000 square feet of office space.
