At Brechbill & Helman, we have a full-time Safety Director who is responsible for our safety program and oversight for compliance of OSHA regulations. Our firm believes that the safety and health of our employees must remain a constant consideration in every phase of our business, as our employees are our best asset. It is our company’s intent to provide a work environment as hazard-free as possible for not only our employees, but also the employees of other contractors on our projects.

Quality, productivity, and safety are the responsibility of every Employee from Executive Management to Field Laborer. Employees must be aware of hazards associated with their jobs and follow recognized safe work practices, including the use of personal protective equipment when necessary.

It is also the belief of Brechbill & Helman Construction Company, Inc. that an effective safety and health program must have total employee involvement. Therefore, this program has management’s priority, support, and participation.
