This is the third project that we have successfully completed for King Street United Brethren. This 8,519 square foot building was completely renovated in under five months.
The exterior of the building was completely refurbished with new brick veneer, EIFS, TPO roofing, aluminum windows and entry ways. The interior of this structure was gutted to an open shell and entirely re-finished with new walls, ceilings, flooring, cabinetry, sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work.
The original site contained a buried fuel oil tank that we immediately removed along with contaminated soil that we disposed of properly. A unique feature of this renovated building included 2 areas where the existing wood structure was left exposed for a vaulted ceiling.
