The Country Meadows of Frederick facility is the first facility constructed in Maryland by the Country Meadows Associates. The facility is a three story 144 room assisted living and skilled nursing community on a 55 acre site overlooking the Monocacy River. This building is phase 1 and 2 of three buildings design. Brechbill & Helman Construction Company, Inc. assisted the owner with the pre-construction planning project site development and permit acquisitions for the project prior to the beginning of construction.
