This project is another successful design-build venture between Lutheran Services and Brechbill & Helman. This building is the home to LIFE (Living Independence For the Elderly) Lutheran Services, Inc., an alternative option to nursing home care for individuals that helps them remain independent and living safely in the community for as long as possible. Care includes social and medical services provided primarily at this site, supplemented by in-home and referral services according to the participants’ needs. Construction was completed in 8 months.
