Hoss’s Steak and Sea House | Chambersburg, PA
With business roots beginning in Central Pennsylvania, Hoss’s Steak and Sea House was proud to open a new restaurant at the intersection of I-81 and US-30 in Chambersburg. This facility is the first Hoss’s to be built by a general contractor from outside their organization and replaced a 28 year old facility. This 7,700 sq-ft. structure includes wood framed exterior walls with a structural steel interior frame and bar joist, enclosed with a brick veneer finish.
The restaurant features two dining areas, a three station salad bar, commercial kitchen and has seating capacity for 250 people, following a new smaller building prototype.
