Dunn Building | Martinsburg, WV
The Dunn Building, originally constructed over 150 years ago as the Crawford Woolen Mill, stands in the heart of downtown Martinsburg, West Virginia. After its time as a textile mill, the building was repurposed as an outlet mall and community college before being transformed into a modern administrative and office space for Berkeley County. Spanning 92,000 square feet, this project is one of our largest to date. The renovation preserved the building’s historic charm while modernizing its infrastructure to meet the needs of today’s office environment. Despite challenges such as maintaining the integrity of the original architecture and upgrading the structure to meet current codes, our team utilized creative solutions to successfully bring the project to life. The result is a revitalized space that blends history with modern functionality, serving the county’s evolving needs.
