Trailside Village and Northern Lights ski-in ski-out community is located on Whitetail Ski Resort. The slope side villages blend Georgian style architecture with modern living design features in a beautiful mountain setting. Brechbill and Helman formed a joint venture design-build development group to develop the $31,000,000 project. The group designed and built the roads, utility infrastructure, townhouses and condominiums for sale. Trailside Village contains forty-eight townhouses. Northern Lights Village scenically offers seventy condominiums.
