The addition for the Holiday Inn Express gave the owner and their guests 24 additional guest rooms. This 12,107 square foot, three story addition was added to the south side of the building giving the hotel a total of 108 rooms.
The exterior face of the building consisted of EIFS. Concrete plank, CMU and metal trusses were used for the structure of the hotel. Metal studs were used for the installation of the interior framing for the building.
