Brechbill & Helman worked closely with the architects in formulating a design that would maximize usage of a long, narrow and irregular site for this new Hampton Inn. The four story facility has 79 units and meets all NFPA, BOCA, Life Safety, ADA and state-local code requirements. Higher than normal precipitation preceding construction called for increased job coordination by the B&H building team due to the load-bearing masonry and pre-cast construction. Numerous facility amenities include a sit down breakfast area off the main lobby and a large, glass enclosed indoor swimming pool complete with whirlpool.
