Brechbill & Helman Construction Co., Inc
Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As we continue to evaluate the Coronavirus and its effects on the Central Pennsylvania Region, we want to make you aware of updates regarding Brechbill & Helman’s response. At this time, one of our primary goals as your builder / construction manager is to support our clients in maintaining a safe and healthy environment and workforce.

Our response is preventative and is designed to keep our workers, our office staff and their families healthy. Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, Brechbill & Helman’s office will be closed to the public through March 27th, 2020. During this period, Brechbill & Helman will continue to operate during regular hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST) and all employees will be available and responsive for the entire workday, every day. While staff may periodically be working on site, all are being encouraged to work remotely whenever possible.

Operationally, you may expect full and complete business continuity, delivered virtually. Many of you may already be implementing similar procedures, and Brechbill & Helman has made a point to provide all employees with the appropriate tools and technologies to continue “business as usual.” All expectations of your Brechbill & Helman staff will be met without exception.

In an overabundance of caution and on the recommendation of state and local officials, we will change in-person meetings and appointments that were scheduled for the coming weeks, to virtual meetings such as Go-To-Meeting, Skype, or similar. We will follow the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), as well as, state and local health departments, to determine when we can begin to lift these measures.

Additionally, to practice further “social distancing,” any Brechbill & Helman project management or owner meetings that are scheduled to be held over the next few weeks will be held via conference call or through the Go-To-Meeting platform as mentioned above.

Our priority is the health and safety of our industry, employees, co-workers, communities, family, and friends. We feel that it is our duty to actively participate in the effort to reduce the spread of coronavirus, as we continue to be part of the industry and help build the region.

If you have any questions regarding these updates, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will continue to provide updates as circumstances change.

Thank you and stay well,
Brechbill & Helman Family
